INPP5F (Inositol polymerase-5-phosphatase F) was highly downregulated in rhesus monkey IVF-derived
parthenogenetic embryonic stem cells (PESCs) and exclusively expressed from the paternal allele in
three rhesus embryonic stem cells. INPP5F contains a Sac domain whose amino acids are essential for
inositol polyphosphate phosphatase activities (Sritanaudomchai,
H. et al, 2010).
INPP5F_v2 was exclusively expressed from the paternal allele in human fetal brain, heart and tongue (Wood
AJ et al, 2007).
