Description:

Adp (acrodysplasia) is a phenotype induced by the insertion of a bovine papilloma virus transgene. When the transgene is inherited paternally, mice are deformed (abnormal limb development) whereas when inherited maternally the mice are normal (DeLoia JA et al, 1990).
